Happy Darwin Day!

Happy Darwin Day, everyone! I hope you're having fun enlightening yourselves on the significance of Charles Darwin's contributions to biological science. If not, go do so.

I know you've all been waiting on the edge of your seats for the latest installment of Mugshots, but, unfortunately, the wait is still on. I haven't posted in so long, and will continue to procra- I mean prepare the next posting. The thing is, I've been having this very bad ant problem. I know, I know, you're probably thinking, "WTF it's winter! The ants shouldn't be invading kitchens!" Well, these aren't your ordinary, everyday ants, dear comrade. These are ginormous ants! Fortunately, I was able to get a good picture of one stealing a piece of cappuccino-flavoured cookie before I ran to grab the Industrial-Grade Raid. And by "good", I mean "very blurry but still able to see something that kinda looks like an ant."
See its beady little eyes? Well, I did, at least. Man, that thing was scary. And you know, where there's one ant, there's bound to be a zillion more somewhere in the vicinity. And sure enough, one was hiding behind the bag o' bread.Fortunately, I was able to kill the one stealing my coffee cookies. Its head kinda popped off, but I've finally figured out why these ants are so ginormous. They're RADIOACTIVE!!!!

So, now my kitchen is on lockdown, meaning the next series of mugs will be awhile. Meanwhile, I'll be locked away in my office, with my bug spray, ready for the final invasion.

Oh yes, and if you have any pictures of coffee mugs, just e-mail 'em to me at metal_enthalpy@yahoo.com, and I'll post 'em on here!
